Questions about pricing.

What does the free trial include?
Everything in the plan you chose, for 14 days. No card needed to start it. When it ends, your account drops back to Starter unless you subscribe; nothing is deleted.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, up or down, any time. Upgrades apply at once; downgrades apply at the end of the period you paid for.
Do you charge per invoice or per client?
No. Never.
What about payment fees?
Payment links carry the processor’s fee (about 1.4% plus a fixed amount for European cards, less for iDEAL) and nothing from Bilio.
What is Peppol and do I need it?
The EU standard for e-invoices, mandatory for business invoices in Belgium since January 2026 and in Germany from 2028. Included on Business; EUR 0.25 a document on the other plans from February.
Is there a discount for accountants or associations?
Do you offer invoices for my subscription?
Yes, from Stripe, with VAT shown and reverse charge for EU businesses with a VAT number.
