# Bilio

> Invoicing and bookkeeping for freelancers who get paid across borders. Send invoices and quotes, track expenses and VAT, and get paid in any currency. Free plan with no caps on invoices, clients or team members. Built and hosted in the EU.

Bilio is made by Stefka Ivanova, a freelancer in Amsterdam who invoices clients in the Netherlands, Finland and France and has run her studio on Bilio since July 2025. Contact: hi@getbilio.com. Facts on this page were checked on 30 September 2026.

## Three promises

- No caps, ever: unlimited invoices, quotes, clients and team members on the free plan. Prices are locked for 24 months from sign-up.
- Made for cross-border work: VAT numbers checked, reverse charge written for you, any currency, templates per country. (VAT-number check and reverse charge: December 2026.)
- Natively AI: an MCP connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. The assistant can read and draft; sending always needs the user's confirmation. (Ships November 2026.)

## Pricing (EUR, per month)

- Starter: EUR 0, forever. Unlimited invoices, quotes, clients and team members. Five templates, logo, any currency. Email delivery with open tracking. Manual expenses and the VAT report.
- Pro: EUR 7 a month or EUR 60 a year, 14-day free trial, no card needed. Adds receipt scanning and AI categorisation, recurring invoices, AI financial advisor, all exports, multi-currency.
- Business: EUR 15 a month or EUR 144 a year, 14-day free trial. Adds priority human support and a say in the roadmap. Peppol e-invoicing included from February 2027.
- No per-invoice or per-client charges. Payment links carry only the payment processor's fee.

## Live today

- Invoices and quotes: five templates, per-line VAT, discounts, any currency, open and click tracking, quote to invoice in one click, sequential numbering.
- Expenses: upload a receipt and Bilio reads vendor, date, amount and VAT.
- VAT reports: quarterly position with the deadline. Dutch btw (with KOR), Spanish IVA with Modelo 130 estimate, Bulgarian DDS, EU reverse charge.
- Recurring invoices; team roles (owner, admin, viewer).

- November 2026: payment links (iDEAL, card, SEPA), MCP connector
- December 2026: VAT-number check and reverse charge, receipt inbox, Dutch interface, btw and ICP export
